- For a running contract, the company will enforce a 35% default fee of the contract sum
- If after payment, the company does not refund for purchased properties. The client can go ahead and sell their property or ask the company to help them sell. T&C applied.

There is no immediate development requirement. Some investors purchase and hold for future use. It depends on the Estate.
