The land is secured with perimeter fencing, and there are security house and personnel on-site to prevent encroachment.

Security on Paper; Deed of conveyance, Registered Survey, and Receipt of Payment.

After first deposit in upwards of 50% you will be allocated but cannot use the property until payment is completed

On or before 2 weeks minimum/ 2 months maximum

We offer flexible payment plans, including outright payments and installment options for up to 0–3 months with an initial deposit and 0-6 months with initial deposit.

Yes, the installment plan must be completed within the agreed timeframe (e.g., 0-6 months). Failure to complete payment within the period may attract penalties or forfeiture, depending on the contract.

  1. For a running contract, the company will enforce a 35% default fee of the contract sum
  2. If after payment, the company does not refund for purchased properties. The client can go ahead and sell their property or ask the company to help them sell. T&C applied.

We offer free documentation: Deed of conveyance, Registered Survey, and Receipt of Payment

Yes, as long as you are done paying for your property and have received your documents you can always sale your property at your will. But you must notify the management of the Estate (Win Realty) before such sale is made

Yes, all our Estates are free from Government and Community encroachment.

Yes, you can schedule a free site inspection with us. We encourage all buyers to inspect the land before making any payment..

Yes, we pay much attention into accessibility of our Estates before putting them up for sale.

It depends on the Estate. We fully invested into delivering Estates that are not under any threat of natural disaster.

Yes, once full payment and documentation are completed, you can begin development immediately.

Yes, land value increases due to factors like infrastructural development, population growth, and demand. We can also provide market insights on projected appreciation rates.

We give our Estates Perimeter fencing and a gate house and that drastically eliminates the possibility of property loss.

There is no immediate development requirement. Some investors purchase and  hold for future use. It depends on the Estate.

For factory operation/commercial operations, Our Estates have special plots for such use. Do ask before buying

Yes, foreigners can purchase land in Nigeria
